Hi there, I'm Stephanie – a licensed psychotherapist, the founder of Worth Healing Group Practice, a mother, a wife, first generation Latina, and a mental health advocate. Since establishing my private practice in 2022, I am dedicated to providing intentional, nonjudgmental, and accessible mental health services throughout California. 

I understand the importance of nurturing our mental well-being not just for ourselves but for those we love. By promoting mental health awareness and destigmatizing seeking help, we can create a community where everyone feels empowered to prioritize their emotional wellness.
